Autumn -All About Me
We are happy to be back with the children. We've had a great few days getting to know each other and learning the routine of the classroom. This are going to be looking at the theme ourselves and all about me.
Awesome Autumn
Our Harvest Festival-Song
This week we have been practising Dingle dangle scarecrow for our Song. We have been learning about Harvest, we read Farmer Duck.
This week we have enjoyed learning more about the Autumn and painting trees. Reception have been looking at counting and matching the objects to the numbers.
This week we have been looking at pumpkins, sorting them by size, painting them and drawing them. We had a look at some sunflowers and left the seeds out for the birds.
Japanese Day
We had a great day! We loved the drumming.
We have learnt about Frida Kahlo. Just look at the amazing portraits the children have done. 🎨
This week we have been continuing our learning about the little red hen. We have also been looking enough to have a planetarium visit school where we got to go inside and look at the stars in space.
Autumn Term 2
We have been learning about Bonfire night. We celebrated with hotdogs, sparkles and chocolate apples.

Police
Thank you to the police, who came to talk to us about how they help us and helped us with our very own crime of the missing Teddy! We had a great time dressing up and looking in the car. Let's hope we find Teddy very soon!
