Killingholme Primary School

We would like to learn more about our local community and its roots. We would like to learn more about the different journeys’ families have taken to get to Killingholme. Has your family always lived here or come from away?

If you would be happy to share your story we would love to hear it. It may be that you have moved to the area from somewhere else or that your parents, grandparents or even great grandparents moved here from away.

We would also love to hear about any special traditions or customs that your family may observe at different times of the year. This could be things such as how you celebrate a particular festival such as Christmas or the New Year.

You could share this through pictures, or a map, or make your own scrap book. However you would like!

We will use your stories to make a display in school to celebrate our community and if you are happy to let us, we will also make a feature on the school website as well.
